Robinson Roofing is an incredible company which I strongly recommend. Robinson Roofing was not only what I would expect of a roofer, but exceedingly more. I literally cannot say enough good things about this company. Trust me, I selected Robinson after talking with numerous areas roofers and those that provide drive by consults!!! Robert Robinson provided his expertise in all areas, working with my insurance company, ordering supplies, and guiding the process to its completion. My 25-year-old roof was heavily damaged by a storm. The insurance company initially only wanted to assist in paying to replace only the missing and damaged tile, noting that it was an old roof and eventually would need to be replaced. Robinson Roofing became my champion in the fight to have my roof replaced. Once Robert became involved, the process was extremely smooth and flawless for me (he worked with the insurance adjuster). Robert walked me through the process, explained what would occur, and answered all my many questions. I was provided with a Robinson Roofing report with detailed pricing and a preliminary contract. Thus, I knew the price and expectations upfront. Robert completed a repairability test which determined that tile replacement would not adequately address the issue. The insurance company reviewed his report and agreed on roof replacement. Robert was very straightforward in his explanations of the products, the process and shingle selections. The roofers were punctual (came early), very organized, worked very hard and completed the replacement in one and a half days. The cleanup work completed was first class and all the debris was removed and of course the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.
